The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, payroll processing, and financial administration, with a strong focus on compliance, process improvement, and strategic planning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical operational functions, ensure regulatory adherence, and support organizational objectives through effective talent management and administrative oversight. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all human resources activities including talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning to foster a positive workplace culture. Oversee payroll operations utilizing systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation while maintaining compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and labor regulations. Manage accounts payable processes ensuring timely invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor relations in accordance with organizational policies. Ensure compliance with employment law, workers' compensation regulations, benefits administration standards, and OSHA requirements across all HR functions. Implement process improvements within HRIS platforms to optimize data collection, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for organizational design, change management initiatives, and talent management programs aligned with business goals. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making related to workforce planning and program effectiveness; prepare presentations for executive review. Ensure adherence to budgets related to HR programs and payroll operations while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements. Qualifications Extensive experience in human resources management with a proven track record supervising HR teams in fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of employment law including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and labor law compliance. Demonstrated expertise in payroll systems such as Paycom is highly desirable. Skilled in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing candidates through HR sourcing tools and conducting effective interviewing processes. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with experience managing contracts and vendor relationships within HR or financial operations. Ability to lead change management initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization techniques like Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and diverse teams.
