You will lead and execute across the full employee lifecycle -from recruiting and onboarding through development, performance management, and employee relations. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. You will coach leaders, strengthen team performance, ensure compliance, and help build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead full-cycle recruiting to meet hiring goals, improve time-to-fill, and elevate quality of hire Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection strategies, and hiring decisions Leadership Coaching & Team Effectiveness Coach leaders at all levels on performance, engagement, and development Support the development of high-performing, accountable teams aligned with business goals Performance Management Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans Partner with leaders to address performance issues and elevate overall team effectiveness Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices Foster a positive employee-owner culture through engagement initiatives and team-building efforts Compliance & HR Operations Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal and California employment law Maintain high standards for documentation, consistency, and risk mitigation What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) Hiring goals are consistently met with strong candidate quality Leaders demonstrate improved effectiveness in managing performance and teams Employee relations issues are addressed proactively and resolved effectively Performance management processes are executed consistently and with quality Positive impact on employee engagement and retention within supported groups

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 7+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience with strong employee relations focus Working knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and processes Strong knowledge of California and federal employment laws Proven ability to coach leaders and influence outcomes Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills

Preferred:

SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP
