Job Description
Roseann Mabry is partnering once again with a client to fill a very important position on a direct hire basis for a Human Resource Manager. The full time position for Human Resource Manager will have 2 direct reports. The manufacturing facility has 600 plus employees. This position will work with department leaders to assist with employee relations, create trainings for staff, will conduct investigations, and build out a robust internship and apprenticeship program. The Human Resource Leader will negotiate contracts with vendors. If you enjoy leading and empowering employees to be the best they can be, this is the position for you! Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department leaders to address employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Design and deliver training programs that support staff development and compliance.
- Conduct thorough investigations to address employee issues effectively and fairly.
- Develop and manage internship and apprenticeship programs to enhance talent pipelines.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
- Oversee HR systems and processes, including onboarding and employee benefits administration.
- Support labor relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget to align with organizational priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR functions to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
