Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Onsite Staffing Supervisor to lead our onsite recruitment and talent management efforts. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of staffing at our designated location, ensuring the seamless delivery of staffing solutions that meet business needs. You will coordinate with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and utilize advanced HR technology platforms to optimize talent acquisition processes. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will drive successful onboarding, employee engagement, and ongoing workforce planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our talent strategy directly on-site, fostering a vibrant and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Lead onsite recruitment initiatives by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Coordinate employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Oversee employee evaluation and performance management activities, including regular reviews and feedback sessions. Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws while managing contracts, employee relations, and HR documentation. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like PeopleSoft, HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Kronos, and other HR tools for effective talent management. Conduct research on labor market trends, social media channels for candidate sourcing, and lead generation efforts to build a robust talent pipeline. Support succession planning initiatives by identifying internal talent for future leadership roles. Engage in cold calling and relationship management to attract passive candidates and expand the candidate pool. Facilitate training & development programs to enhance team skills and ensure continuous improvement in staffing practices. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring outcomes positively. Extensive experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting strategies. Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates at all levels as well as internal stakeholders. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all staffing activities. Proven ability in sourcing through social media management and research techniques to identify top talent. Experience in employee orientation programs, contracts management, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations management. Familiarity with training & development initiatives aimed at workforce growth and succession planning. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment using tools like Lever or Workday for applicant tracking and reporting purposes. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
