Provide direction, oversight, and supervision within the areas of employee leaves, interactive process, and workers' compensation. Perform complex and specialized work, research, and assist with the efforts of various special projects as assigned; train, assign, or lead the work of assigned personnel.

Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, public administration, or related field and five years of increasingly responsible human resources experience. Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license. Incumbents must be insurable by the liability carrier for the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.
