Job Title:
Human Resources Manager Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Description:
We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager with payroll knowledge and agricultural industry experience. The HR Manager will oversee HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Manage payroll and employee records Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance Support recruiting, onboarding, and training Handle employee relations and conflict resolution Manage benefits administration and HR supplies Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety requirements
Qualifications:
Human Resources management experience required Payroll knowledge/experience Agricultural industry experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
