Job Description

HomeCare Professionals, Inc. is growing and we are in need of a Staffing Supervisor to join our amazing team to help scale our staffing operations in the Redding area.
Position Reports To:
Senior Staffing Manager Position Summary The Staffing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating client staffing, scheduling caregivers, maintaining coverage for assigned cases, and supporting office operations. This role focuses on staffing and scheduling functions and does not directly manage caregivers. The position is hourly and non-exempt. Key Responsibilities Coordinate staffing and scheduling for client cases. Fill open shifts and maintain client coverage. Respond to caregiver call-offs and staffing emergencies. Match qualified caregivers to client needs and schedules. Provide customer service to clients, families, referral sources, and caregivers. Maintain staffing records and documentation. Assist with recruiting activities and onboarding support. Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed. Escalate employee relations and disciplinary matters to management and HR. Attend required meetings, trainings, and in-services.
