Our mission focuses on delivering evidence-based treatment with a person-centered approach, ensuring that every client experiences transformative care. Summary We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our compassionate team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Loomis, CA. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental health and addiction treatment, helping clients achieve meaningful change in their lives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs. Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system. Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields required; master's degree preferred. Experience with BambooHR and Paycom is required At least five years of human resource management experience required; preferably in mental health or substance use disorder settings. SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
highly preferred. Must have and maintain a valid California driver's license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray. Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team. Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills.
