Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key partner to operations leadership, supporting multiple locations across the country. This role requires a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is comfortable traveling extensively (60-70%). The ideal candidate has proven experience managing HR functions across multiple locations and can drive consistency, compliance, and culture across a distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with regional and site leadership to support HR strategy and business objectives Oversee HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in policies and practices Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all assigned locations Support talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives Drive engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership Train and coach managers on HR best practices, policies, and procedures Manage change initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring smooth implementation Travel regularly (60-70%) to support field operations and build strong relationships with site teams

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience Proven experience managing HR across multiple locations Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills Willingness and ability to travel 60-70% nationwide Must be available to work weekends as sites operate 24/7

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
