This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our people and operational practices align with our strategic goals. This role manages employee benefits, payroll, hiring, and separations. The role will require strategic leadership, an eye for operational efficiency, and an understanding of HR best practices. You will work directly with leadership, contributing to both short and long-term planning for our company.
Key Responsibilities Payroll and Compliance:
Oversee all payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Employee Benefits:
Manage employee benefit programs, including negotiating with carriers for health/dental and other benefits.
Recruitment:
Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring our hiring process is inclusive, efficient, and attracts top talent.
HR & Operations Policy Development:
Develop and maintain HR and Operations policies, procedures, programs, and services in alignment with local and international regulatory compliance and immigration policies.
Qualifications Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and operations experience, with at least 3 years in a management role. Strong experience with payroll processing, employee benefits management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Proven success handling employee matters such as disciplinary actions and terminations, as well as employee development Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the telecommunications and/or technology industries Prior experience in a public company setting
Certifications:
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent highly preferred.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
