In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce development. Your energetic leadership will ensure that our HR practices align with organizational goals while promoting an engaging and inclusive environment for all employees. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our HR strategies and support our team's growth and well-being. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing channels, overseeing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Workday, and coordinating interview processes to attract top talent. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act). Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations and affirmative action planning. Lead performance management processes through regular employee evaluations, goal setting, succession planning, and organization design. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM to streamline data collection, reporting, and workforce management activities. Drive HR projects related to change management initiatives, HR sourcing strategies, and HR analytics to support strategic planning efforts. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Extensive knowledge of employment law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance standards. Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation systems. Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Paychex, or PeopleSoft; experience with ATS systems like Taleo or iCIMS is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with experience in benefits administration, data entry accuracy, and administrative processes. Knowledge of workforce management tools such as Kronos or Dayforce for scheduling and time tracking. Ability to manage change effectively within a fast-paced environment while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
