Job Description

Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for various HR duties including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Leave Management, and Offboarding.
Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives Champion change management efforts and drive continuous improvement in HR processes. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and issues. Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations with professionalism and discretion. Promote a positive work environment and uphold company values and culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Talent Management and Development:
Oversee and implement recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. Facilitate training and development programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Drive performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and documentation related to employment practices. Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
HR Projects & Initiatives:
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR processes. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support compensation and benefit initiatives Requirements Skills / Experience /
Competencies:
Bachelor's degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology A minimum 3 years of relevant experience required in a manufacturing environment, preferably 5+ years' experience
PHR/SHRM-CP
preferred Bilingual highly desired (Spanish or Vietnamese) Experience using various HRIS platforms (preferably, Workday ) Proven ability to resolve complex problems by leveraging business/HR knowledge Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation Effective communication, writing and grammar skills, paying great attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software platforms
Physical/Mental Essential Functions:
Ability to input data into computers and departmental systems Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and manuals Ability to interact / communicate effectively with customers, employees, and external personal Effectively communicate orally and in writing. Ability to identify, communicate, and help prevent potential problems Ability to solve practical problems within established parameters Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Ability to deal with time sensitive situations on an ongoing basis Ability to follow a set of procedures or set sequences Ability to work in a fast pace environment Must be efficient with strong attention to detail Ability to negotiate, motivate, redirect or convince others
Work Conditions:
Work in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some areas are narrow and difficult to maneuver. Work hours are from 8:00 am until 5:00pm with minimal flexibility. Travel required to other plants and corporate meetings (approx. 20%). Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice as assigned by the Manager.
