Entities (Currently operating in Las Vegas and New York; Los Angeles location opening soon) Key Responsibilities Recruitment Process Management Review job descriptions, post openings, conduct interviews, manage offer process, background checks, and ADP onboarding. HR Policies & Program Development Develop and implement HR policies and programs in compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations and local business needs. Onboarding & Offboarding Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including E-Verify, payroll/HR system setup, employee orientation, and benefits/termination administration. Payroll & Benefits Administration Process bi-weekly payroll via ADP and manage
PTO, 401
(k), and employee benefits (including open enrollment and invoice review). Employee Data Management Maintain and update employee master data and manage HR documentation. Performance Management & Compensation Support promotion reviews, mid-year and annual performance evaluations, and salary adjustments. Employee Relations & Compliance Handle employee relations matters; ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws; update the Employee Handbook; and monitor HR compliance across working conditions, leave, termination, and benefits. Required Qualifications Business-level proficiency in Korean (written and verbal) — required for daily communication with Global HR at the Korean headquarters Minimum of 8 years of hands-on HR experience in the U.S. , with demonstrated ability to work independently Ability to work on-site, full-time, at our Santa Monica, CA office — this position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal Solid understanding of U.S. federal and state labor laws, with practical application experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across cultural backgrounds Willingness to travel within the U.S. (NV, CA, NY, etc.) Must be legally authorized to work in the
