What You'll Do Be the Go-To HR Partner Serve as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of clients Build strong relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions Proactively identify issues and provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and benefits Drive Operational Excellence Oversee core HR functions like onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR service delivery Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency LeadDevelop a High-Performing Team Mentor, coach, and develop HR team members Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth Ensure service levels are met-and exceeded Ensure ComplianceMitigate Risk Stay ahead of federal, state, and local employment laws Conduct audits and implement compliance best practices Address risks before they become problems InnovateImprove Identify opportunities to enhance HR services and client satisfaction Lead projects that drive efficiency and scalability Align HR strategies with broader business goals TrainEmpower Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams Support onboarding/offboarding of clients Be a trusted resource for HR best practices Work Environment This role operates in a professional office environment and involves regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Occasional travel to client sites may be required What we are Looking for: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience 2+ years in a leadership or client-facing role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsBonus Points For:
HR certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, orSHRM-SCP
