Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR clients' operations in San Jose, California. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support career development. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR management, a passion for organizational growth, and a collaborative approach to partnering with leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and promote employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage benefits programs, including equitable compensation, competitive benefits packages, and related analyses.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support employee career development and initiatives focused on attention to detail and growth.
  • Update, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and compliant workplace.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve data management.
  • Support onboarding efforts to ensure a seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
