As we continue to grow, we're seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead our human resources function and oversee payroll operations.

Position Overview:

The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, benefits, and payroll. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the people and process sides of HR—balancing big-picture initiatives with accurate, timely payroll execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of HR generalist or management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Working knowledge of payroll processing (ADP, Paychex, or similar systems). Strong understanding of California labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on-site and engage directly with staff across all departments.
