Job Description

A growing manufacturing company in Vista is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee employee relations, compliance, recruiting, performance management, and HR operations across a dynamic production environment. This role will partner closely with leadership and operations teams to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational growth initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on daily support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESHR
Operations & ComplianceOversee daily HR operations including employee relations, policy administration, compliance, and personnel managementEnsure compliance with employment regulations including wage and hour laws, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation requirementsMaintain HR records, reporting, and personnel documentationSupport investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution processesPartner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiativesRecruitment & Workforce DevelopmentLead recruiting efforts for manufacturing, operations, and corporate positionsCoordinate onboarding, orientation, and training initiativesSupport employee development, succession planning, and retention strategiesDevelop and maintain training programs related to safety, compliance, and workplace expectationsEmployee Engagement & Leadership SupportProvide coaching and HR guidance to supervisors and managersSupport employee engagement and culture-building initiativesAssist with performance review processes and employee development plansPromote a collaborative, safety-focused workplace environment
