A growing services company local to Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role will function as a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with leadership to drive key human resources initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee relations, change management, and mergers & acquisitions, along with a hands-on approach to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, providing strategic guidance and supportLead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance managementDrive and support change management initiatives across the organizationPlay a key role in mergers and acquisitions, including integration and organizational alignmentEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsOversee HR operations, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectivenessPartner with leadership on talent development, workforce planning, and organizational strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required6+ years of progressive HR experienceProven experience in change management initiativesDirect experience supporting mergers and acquisitions activityStrong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
