Upstate South Carolina or Nashville, Tennessee areas preferred
Travel:
Minimal, less than 10% We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Clinical HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to operational and medical leadership teams. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about supporting clinicians and leaders through strategic human resources initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Clinician & Operations HR Services, the Clinical HR Business Partner will provide consultative HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, retention strategies, leadership coaching, onboarding, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units and executive leadership teams Partner with operational and medical leaders on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance improvement, corrective action, and career development Support clinician onboarding, engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives Act as a trusted advisor and change agent to support organizational growth and transformation Ensure HR practices remain compliant with federal and state employment laws and internal policies Participate in strategic planning initiatives and HR process improvement efforts Analyze organizational processes and identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and outcomes Manage HR projects and special initiatives as assigned Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive exempt-level Human Resources experience Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Previous HR experience supporting clinicians or healthcare operations Supervisory or leadership experience PHR or SPHR certification preferred OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is the nation's largest and only dedicated provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs.
