Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to support a dynamic executive team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to employee relations, and a positive attitude to foster a productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including managing performance issues, resolving conflicts, and facilitating tough conversations.
  • Address cultural and interpersonal challenges with fairness, neutrality, and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide dedicated support to an executive team, ensuring seamless collaboration and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, especially during periods when leadership is traveling.
  • Communicate effectively across various channels to maintain team morale and alignment.
  • Navigate sensitive HR matters with confidence, enforcing policies and making decisions that uphold organizational standards.
  • Adapt quickly to emerging needs and changes in the workplace, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Drive HR compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR administration functions to support organizational goals.
