Works in our Colorado Springs, CO office with multi-site responsibility (Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio) Position Summary The Human Resources Manager of our Infrastructure Precast Solutions platform (IPS) serves as a key partner to operations leadership across multiple locations, providing hands-on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices across sites while supporting a growing, multi-state workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned locations Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies Onboarding & New Hire Integration Lead onboarding processes across all assigned locations Ensure effective integration of new hires Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as primary HR contact across locations Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution Ensure consistent application of policies Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with employment laws across all states Support audits and maintain documentation Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigationCompensation Base Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 annuallyBonus Program:
Target 20% annual bonus based on performance metrics including hiring outcomes, retention, and manager satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 3-5+ years of HR experience Strong recruiting and generalist background Multi-state experience preferredSimilar remote jobs
