Full-time Position Mission The Partner Engagement Officer Advances the mission of FOCUS by building active engagement with Church leaders, proactively identifying opportunities to serve, and facilitating the finalization of opportunities into full partnership.
The Partner Engagement Officer:
Proactive brand ambassador/advocate/apologist, one-stop contact for all prospective partnerships with FOCUS, accompaniment through the mutual qualification and discernment of prospective partnership, drive expansion of FOCUS's charism and services to the church where needed, ensure clear mutual expectations, ensure thorough completion of partnership process, facilitate quality on boarding, support ongoing positive partner experience. Position Responsibilities Brand Avatar Incarnate the FOCUS brand in word and action Drive strong, accurate brand culture (internal) & perception (external) Vigilant advocacy for ongoing development potent brand-positive language and pruning inconsistent or outdated language Drive proactive collaboration across

Manifest vital unity: Speak with cross-organizational fluency and act with collaborative instinct Facilitate unified annual partnership goal setting Ensure deep understanding of client hopes, needs and concerns & concerns Ensure regular communication with FMF and the appropriate Apostolic Engagement teams at all stages of the engagement plan Coordinate with DSC departmental leaders to ensure appropriate real-time visibility and collaboration Prospect sourcing & triage Identify strategic leads and triage in collaboration with internal clients
Internal:
FOCUS Strategic priorities, CO, PO, STF, FE, Coordinate with Expansion, STF, CO, Church Engagement, Partner Experience, and Alumni to generate leads
External:
Triage inquiries and follow up as appropriate Develop Strategic engagement plan as appropriate Prospect relationship management & cultivation Activate and develop prospects as appropriate Ensure excellence in Relationship Management Extend event invitations as appropriate Guide partners through partner engagement pathway Create and implement annual engagement plan for identified partners Identify partner needs, educate and qualify the partner, propose solutions, Accompany through discernment of potential service solutions address concerns as needed Conduct site visits as appropriate with client representative as appropriate Navigate graceful prospect disengagement as needed Facilitate finalization of partnerships Observe all

Model Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) excellence in utilization, documentation, and advocacy Demonstrated ongoing improvement in Partner Engagement processes, systems, tools, and professional development Responsible for the development and delivery of one or more Partner Engagement projects or workflows as assigned Qualifications Demonstrated Christian discipleship in word and action Faithful to the Catholic Church in word and action Driven and resilient Strong understanding of FOCUS brand and service offerings Strong narrative storyteller Strong adaptable communication Ability to correctly assess and audience Firm & diplomatic Strong networking ability Excellent relationship building skills Uncompromising collaborator Compensation & Benefits For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $105,000/year . This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
