Human Resources Supervisor Shift:

$62,000 - $85,000
DOE Reports To:
HR Director Overview Growing food manufacturing organization is seeking an HR Supervisor to support a high-volume meat processing facility. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce stability in a fast-paced production environment. Highly visible onsite role where HR directly impacts culture, retention, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried production roles Support high-volume, multi-shift staffing and workforce planning Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training coordination Handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution Coach supervisors on performance management and corrective action Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and HR best practices Maintain HRIS records and support benefits administration Partner with leadership and EHS on safety and engagement initiatives Track workforce metrics (turnover, attendance) and recommend improvements Qualifications 3-5+ years HR experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments High-volume hourly workforce experience required Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge USDA/food production experience strongly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Comfortable working in a production environment (cold/wet conditions possible) Special Requirements Background check required Drug screen required Bilingual Spanish/English required Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision coverage 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional benefits discussed during interview process Why This Role First-shift onsite leadership position Direct access to plant leadership decision-making Strong focus on culture, retention, and workforce strategy Fast-paced environment with growth potential HR plays a key strategic role in operations #PEG2
