Job Description
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will take ownership for managing the employee life cycle including coordinating employment activities, maintaining employee records, administering employee benefits, processing payroll and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Post for open job roles throughout the company and assist hiring managers with questions
- Primary point of contact for all employee and manager's Human Resource needs
- Ensure a smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of employees including all benefits
- Maintain all Human Resource related records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle all company payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis
- Resolve conflicts in a positive and professional manner
- Responsible for managing the workman's comp program including submitting first reports of injury, managing return to work programs, and completing the steps to maintain our cost containment certifications
- Serve as a Fiduciary to the company 401k plan as well as submitting payroll contributions, annual testing, overseeing the annual 401K audit, and submitting the 5500 for the plan.
- Ensure all required reporting is completed in a timely manner for EEO, OSHA, payroll, 401K, Cost Containment, Annual Notices, and others
- Ensure we are complying will all legal requirements for programs such as FMLA, Colorado
FAMLI, ADA
as well as all employment law.- Other duties as assigned Experience/Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to understand safety practices guidelines
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ADP Workforce Now
- Notary Public a plus
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
