Full Job Description Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking an engaging Human Resources Manager 2 for a potential sale at Pueblo City School District in Pueblo, CO. In this role, you'll champion Sodexo's commitment to service excellence by supporting a large frontline team and partnering closely with district leaders and on‑site operators. The ideal candidate brings strong employee relations experience, a passion for developing people, and the ability to lead recruitment, staffing, and daily HR operations in a fast‑paced environment. Union experience and multi‑site support are highly valued. Spanish bilingual skills are highly preferred. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systems Possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws Maintain active and terminated employee files Coordinate and conduct required monthly training Possess strong time management and organizational skills, while working well independently and as part of a team Understand and respect sensitive and confidential information Complete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis Demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demandsWhat We Offer:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) and Smartsheet Skilled in creating and facilitating virtual training sessions, including webinars Experienced in payroll, employee relations, recruitment, and core HR processes Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Possess excellent customer service skills for phone conversations and email responses Bilingual in Spanish and union experience highly preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportationWho We Are:
