This is a working manager role with significant professional development opportunities. Full responsibility for human resource functions and services:
Talent Acquisition Training and Development Employee Engagement Compliance Employee Relations Performance Management HRIS and HCM Organizational Development Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, OD, Human Resources, or related field. Must have experience in delivery of all HR services and functions. 3+ years of HR Management experience. Must have a strong ethic, be resourceful, and able to delegate as well as willing to do the work yourself (working management role). Must be humble with a high degree of personal accountability and self-leadership. Understanding of Federal and state employment laws and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Experience using HRIS and HCM platforms. Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and responsibilities. Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality. Ability to analyze data and take appropriate actions. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to calmly and professionally work with a variety of people and personalities. Ability to make independent decisions in the best interests of the company and its employees. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to successfully accomplish multiple tasks, projects, and objectives concurrently (on time, on budget, and achievement of defined outcomes). Able to work a flexible work schedule and non-standard business hours on occasion.
