(CDI), Colorado's largest environmental contractor, is seeking a highly motivated Landscape Maintenance Production Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our North branch. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong operational experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to develop teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Primary Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily landscape maintenance operations. Supervise, coach, and develop Foremen, Crew Leaders, and field employees. Schedule labor, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity. Monitor production performance, labor hours, and overtime. Conduct quality inspections and ensure contract compliance. Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of safety. Support client satisfaction by addressing service concerns and service quality issues. Secondary Responsibilities Assist with employee training and development. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair needs with Fleet Management. Support budget management and cost-control initiatives. Participate in client meetings, property walks, and operational planning. Assist with enhancement project coordination and seasonal planning. Prepare and review operational reports and production metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance operations and best practices. Experience managing multiple crews and production schedules. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with Aspire or similar landscape management software is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to travel to and inspect multiple job sites. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to work irregular hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency response situations.
