Your Recipe for Impact — What You'll Do As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to Operations leaders, helping shape the team member experience across the field. You'll Make a Difference by aligning people strategies with business goals to drive engagement, retention, and performance. You'll Serve with Heart by supporting leaders and Family Members through coaching, employee relations guidance, and fair, consistent HR practices. By collaborating closely with Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR partners, you'll Win as One, ensuring alignment and shared accountability. Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will: Partner with Operations leaders on people and talent strategies Lead and support employee relations investigations and resolution Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, and development Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent planning Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and execution Analyze HR and turnover trends to inform solutions and action plans Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Support onboarding and integration of new leaders and support roles Guide leaders through organizational change and business initiatives The Sauce — Pay & Perks As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will receive: Competitive Weekly Pay Bonus Program that scales up to 2.5X payout potential based on company results Company Vehicle 5 weeks PTO Flex Weeks Paid Corporate Holidays Paid Parental Leave

- Opportunities for Career Development and Growth Whataburger Family Foundation - Scholarship Program (dependents eligible) and Hardship Grant Assistance Discounted Meals for You and a Guest Wireless Service Discounts Computer & Software Discounts Fitness / Gym Discounts Awards and recognition for all you do Retirement Celebration Program What You Bring to the Table — Required Experience As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you must have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience 6+ years of progressive HR experience (restaurant or multi‑unit preferred) Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law Proven experience partnering with operational leadership Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities effectively Excellent communication and influence skills Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools Extra Toppings — Desired Experience As a Regional Human Resources Manager, we prefer you to have: Experience supporting large, multi‑unit or field‑based organizations Background in Talent Acquisition or workforce planning PHR and/or SHRM‑CP certification Experience leading or mentoring HR team members Strong change‑management and organizational development experience Where & How You'll Work This role is field‑based, supporting restaurants across an assigned market or region.
