HR Director Salary:

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on building structure, improving processes, and aligning HR strategy with organizational goals . The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution, helping guide the organization through transformation, growth, and cultural development . Key Responsibilities Lead and rebuild the HR function, establishing scalable processes and best practices Oversee the transition and optimization of HR systems (ADP) Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and organizational development Evaluate current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance Develop and implement leadership coaching and long-term talent strategies Support evaluation and enhancement of bonus and compensation structures for leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Progressive HR leadership experience Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Proven ability to build or transform HR functions Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Passion for working in a mission-driven or service-oriented environment preferred The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to step into a transformational HR leadership role where your work will directly impact both the organization and the communities it serves.
