What You'll Do:
As an HR Business Partner, you'll be the go-to advisor for our operational leaders—aligning people strategies with business goals across multiple urgent care sites.
You'll:
Build trusted relationships with leaders and team members Guide workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development Resolve employee relations issues with empathy and expertise Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies Support benefits, wellness, and leave programs Champion a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of HR experience (urgent care or healthcare a plus!) High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) is a bonus Strong knowledge of ADP, performance management, and onboarding A collaborative spirit and a passion for people
Travel & Flexibility:
Travel to urgent care sites across CT and NY as needed (mileage reimbursed) Standard hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM, with occasional evening/weekend support
