Job Description

A Senior Living Community is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, supporting employee relations, recruitment efforts, compliance, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and leadership teams. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day human resources operations Manage employee relations and assist with conflict resolution Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with benefits administration and leave management Support staff retention and engagement initiatives Partner with department leaders regarding staffing and performance concerns Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures Qualifications Previous Human Resources experience required Senior Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Healthcare experience preferred Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and recruitment Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
