Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner, Shared Services Nemours Children's Health
- Wilmington, Del.

Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and perspectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders Demonstrated experience in complex, matrixed or multi-site organizations Strong employee relations and investigation experience Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels Experience supporting shared services functions such as IT, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Facilities or HR Healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience preferred What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision- Four levels of medical coverage are available, including fertility care and prescription drugs for associates and their families.
