Payroll Human Resources Director Recruiting Duties:

Responsible for full cycle recruitment Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department Manage the job postings process Review resumes and pre-screen candidates Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers Conducts phone interviews, office interviews Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

Healthcare Experience Required in Long term care. 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required 2 years payroll processing experience required Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulations Staffing Coordination experience preferred Salary range 65k-70k depending on experence in long term care.
