Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of our Human Resources function and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employment law, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. As a key member of the leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations, develop and implement effective HR strategies, and partner with company leadership to build and maintain an organized, engaged, and high-performing workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting the company's continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and maintain employee orientation and training programs. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and supporting managers. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace regulations. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate performance evaluations and employee development initiatives. Support workforce planning, staffing, and organizational development. Partner with department leaders to improve workflows and organizational effectiveness. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce statistics for executive leadership. Manage employee separations, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with company policy and employment law. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support workplace safety initiatives and maintain confidentiality of all employee information. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous management or supervisory experience required. Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP experience preferred). Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Bilingual English & Spanish preferred. Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred. Experience with OSHA compliance, employee training, and performance management.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
