Job Description
The Human Resources Relationship Manager (HRRM) serves as a strategic HR consultant, guiding business leaders on people-related matters, including talent planning, change management, organizational design, data analytics, team and leader development, and annual processes such as Elevating Performance. This role specifically supports the Corporate Finance and Investments business areas and partners closely with the assigned People Strategy Partner (PSP) to deliver aligned, high-impact HR solutions. This position will be based in Deerfield Beach.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the business and build and sustain effective relationships with business leaders. Serve as a consultant for HR needs assessments, identifying and deploying appropriate HR COE resources as needed. Partner closely with Corporate Finance & Investments leadership and the assigned PSP to align HR strategies with business priorities and drive organizational effectiveness. Proactively consult with business leaders on initiatives and projects at the Business Unit, Department, and Team levels. Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities using various tools (e.g., Glint engagement survey, HRNow, Workday). Advise on the facilitation of Talent Management development programs, including MIT/LIT, Start, Stop, Continue, Team Effectiveness, and New Team Formation. Support the creation and implementation of leader and team development plans. Oversee and manage project work as needed. Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources. Strong consultation skills with the ability to advise at all organizational levels. Demonstrated success in leading, influencing, and achieving results. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships. Results-driven with a proactive approach and the ability to inspire others. Solid business acumen and process-oriented mindset. Experience in project management. Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation communication. Skillful in identifying opportunities and solutions by connecting various insights. Adaptable to changing circumstances and new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of initiative and natural curiosity.
