In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent using ATS platforms like iCIMS, Workday, and Taleo, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, mediating conflicts effectively, and fostering a positive work environment. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using systems like QuickBooks. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws such as
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements. Lead performance management processes including employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning to support organizational objectives. Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and workforce management analytics. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday for recruiting efforts. Knowledge of employment law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, and workers' compensation policies. Demonstrated ability in change management and organizational design to support strategic business initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HR software platforms such as QuickBooks for payroll processing and workforce scheduling. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
