Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with organizational values Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new employees are welcomed and well-supported Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance Optimize HR workflows by streamlining processes and implementing efficient systems Foster a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and set up for success Develop and implement initiatives that improve company culture and employee engagement Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and facilitate growth opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Training, Development, or a related field or experience equivalent Proven experience in HR management, preferably within healthcare or hospice settings, Florida experience preferred Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passionate about employee development, culture enhancement, and making a positive impact Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite At Safe Harbor Hospice, we are committed to creating a workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered.
