In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational design, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive workforce development, streamline HR processes, and support our company's growth objectives through innovative HR strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our talent management practices while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design. Lead talent sourcing efforts using advanced HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM to attract top candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance management. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and other legal requirements across all HR functions. Supervise payroll administration using systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity while maintaining accuracy in benefits administration and HR data collection. Lead program management efforts related to HR initiatives such as performance evaluations, employee evaluation processes, and HR process improvements. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and change management projects. Oversee HR sourcing activities including interviewing processes, contract negotiations, and implementing effective recruitment strategies using ATS tools like Taleo or UltiPro. Drive continuous improvement in HR operations by analyzing data trends for decision-making and presenting insights to executive teams. Requirements Proven experience in supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management and talent management practices. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation skills for contracts, employee relations issues, and vendor partnerships related to HR services. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex is essential. Strong organizational skills with experience in organization design, process improvement initiatives, and program management. Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and facilitating training & development sessions. Ability to analyze complex data sets related to human capital metrics for strategic planning purposes. Prior experience managing compliance programs related to OSHA regulations and workers' compensation claims is highly desirable.
