Job Description:
Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conducts interviews and selects candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit. Coordinates onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly. Provides ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance. Enforces personnel policies and employee relations laws to maintain a fair and compliant workplace. Addresses disciplinary issues and implements corrective actions as necessary. Evaluates employee performance through regular assessments and feedback. Monitors employee attendance, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism to ensure optimal staffing levels. Fosters a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention. Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required] Proficiency in the performance of basic math functions [Required] Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook [Required] Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software programs. [Required] Aptitude for strong organizational skills [Required] Ability to work with people of various backgrounds. [Required] Medical office management experience [Preferred]
