Job Description

HR Business Partner Description HR Business Partner The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic and consultative role, aligning business goals with people strategies across assigned client groups. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, the HRBP leverages deep knowledge of the business, workforce trends, and HR best practices to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive approach in delivering people solutions that support business objectives while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic advisor and consultative partner to client group leaders, conducting regular check-ins and providing insights on workforce matters. Partner with hiring managers to attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational talent needs. Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Leverage data and HR metrics toidentifytrends, develop proactive solutions, and support workforce planning initiatives. Provideday-to-day support & guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, escalating complex issues whenappropriate. IntegrateHRbest practices, trends, and technologies to enhance HR service delivery. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Support onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience. Facilitate background checks & employment eligibility verificationsin accordance withcompany policy and legal requirements. Execute core HR programs including performance management, compensation, benefits,leave administration, training, recognition, and health & safety compliance. Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degreerequired PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity. Property management experiencea plus. Excellent communication and relationship building skills Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices High levelof integrity, professionalism, and discretion
