Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Melbourne, FL. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who enjoys serving as a strategic advisor, supporting HR business partners, and helping leaders navigate complex employee relations matters with confidence, consistency, and compliance. The Employee Relations Manager will play a key role in strengthening workplace culture, improving retention, and supporting organizational effectiveness across a multi-state environment. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR business partners on employee relations, workforce planning, leadership matters, and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze workforce metrics, including turnover, retention, and engagement, to identify trends and recommend strategies that improve employee retention and business outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to HRBPs on performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk employee relations issues, including investigations, documentation, and compliant resolution strategies.
- Partner with regional HRBPs and HR leadership to standardize employee relations practices, policies, procedures, and communication across multiple states.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, trends, and insights to support informed business decision-making. Compensation and Benefits
