POSITION SUMMARY
•This position requires the individual to reside within Brevard County with onsite responsibilities•The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a consultant to leaders and associates on human resource (HR) issues. The HRBP will act as an associate champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. The Human Resources Business Partner communicates needs proactively with our Human Resources department and Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) leaders, the seeks to develop integrated solutions. The Human Resources Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leaders and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The Human Resources Business Partner provides excellent customer support through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITES
Consults with line leadership and associates, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Monitors stay and exit interview data to identify trends and potential areas of concern to mitigate risk and contribute to retention strategy efforts. Manages and resolves complex associate relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations in consultation with the HR Compliance and Associate Relations Center for Excellence. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with leadership and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Serves as the main HR point of contact during regulatory surveys and investigations, coordinating with other HR Teams for appropriate records requests and in collaboration with Quality and Risk Management (i.e. TJC, AHCA, Vizient). Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met. Work Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years professional level HR experience.

None Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience:
Previous experience in Healthcare Industry.
Certification:
Any one of the following: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) OR, Senior Professional In Human Resources (SPHR) OR, Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) OR, Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping. Long periods of computer time or at workstation. Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance. May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise. Communicating with others to exchange information. Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks. Workspace may vary from open to confined. May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle. Benefits
