Job Description Insight Global is hiring an HR Manager for one of our non-profit clients. This individual will serve as the sole HR representative for the organization and will be responsible for managing all human resources functions end-to-end. This role will work closely with leadership and administrative staff to support daily operations and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processes
- Administer employee benefits and serve as the point of contact for benefits questions
- Handle employee relations issues and staff grievances
- Maintain HRIS records within BambooHR
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

- 3+ years of experience with HR operations
- Strong knowledge of: ○ Employee onboarding and offboarding ○ Benefits administration ○ Employee relations and staff grievances ○ HR compliance and confidential recordkeeping
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check
- Excellent discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Hands-on experience using BambooHR
