People and Culture Manager

This position will be located at our Palatka Production Facility. Who We Are Eaze is a cannabis delivery platform and retail marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries and products. Eaze has developed sophisticated logistics and technologies to provide fast, efficient delivery of a wide variety of retail products. Eaze is a direct-to-consumer cannabis retailer and technology platform operating nationally in CA and FL. Job Summary As the People and Culture Manager , you will have an essential role in assisting with the creation of company HR policies, practices, and procedures that foster a healthy, inclusive workplace. You will be responsible for managing employee relations and inquiries by maintaining a positive employee experience. Responsibilities
- Partner and represent Human Resources in collaboration with Operations Leadership to build strong networking and alignment of departments
- Work with Operations Leadership toward company goals of increasing work productivity, work culture, and engagement
- Provides support and guidance to VP of People and Culture, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Respond to general employee inquiries and guide in resolving issues
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Assist employees with questions surrounding all HR related items
- Administer and manage people dashboards and various people analytics reports
- Establish and document training procedures for all employees on compliance aspects: harassment, training, regulations, code of conduct, and handbook
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and any or all diversity and inclusion laws
- Travel up to 10% of the time to various locations within the state
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree and/or 2-5 relevant human resources work experience
- Excellent computer literacy skills with expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work autonomously and to maintain complete confidentiality
- Excellent ability to prioritize efficiently and manage time effectively
- Shows initiative, creativity, and exercises sound judgment; maintains confidentiality and professionalism
- Is organized, detailed, and excellent at managing resources, data, as well as time
- Ability to work flexible hours, typically all-day shifts with some evenings or weekends on occasion Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire http://www.

INDCORP Pay:
$100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
