Job Description
A manufacturing company is hiring an HR & Safety Manager to support employee relations, safety programs, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations within an industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation and experience supporting safety initiatives in manufacturing settings.
Responsibilities:
Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
Maintain compliance with OSHA and workplace safety regulations
Assist with safety training, incident reporting, and compliance documentation
Partner with leadership on HR policies, procedures, and employee support
Maintain employee records and HR reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of HR experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
Experience supporting compliance and safety programs
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
