Job Description
A manufacturing company is hiring an HR & Safety Manager to support employee relations, safety programs, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations within an industrial environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR foundation and experience supporting safety initiatives in manufacturing settings.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and workplace safety regulations
- Assist with safety training, incident reporting, and compliance documentation
- Partner with leadership on HR policies, procedures, and employee support
- Maintain employee records and HR reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of HR experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety practices
- Experience supporting compliance and safety programs
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
