We are looking for a Director of Human Resources based in either Tampa or Orlando. Overview This is an executive-level role with hands-on impact across the full HR function, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. The Director will own everything from talent and employee relations to benefits administration, ERISA and 401(k) oversight, and multi-office compliance.
