You will lead an organization of Account Executives to drive Intuit's business upmarket. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance high-level GTM strategy with operational excellence, ensuring our sales motion is repeatable, scalable, and consistently ahead of market trends.
Responsibilities Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute breakthrough strategies to accelerate logo expansion to HCM within the Mid-Market segment.
Leader of Leaders:
Manage and develop front-line managers and/or high-level individual contributors, focusing on long-term career pathing and leadership succession.
Operational Excellence:
Identify opportunities for operational improvements, streamlining sales processes to increase "speed to benefit" for both customers and employees.
Boundaryless Leadership:
Act as a key liaison between Product, Marketing, and Finance to align commercial packaging, pricing, and messaging with customer needs.
Talent Strategy:
Lead the effort to attract, hire, and retain top-tier sales talent, maintaining a high bar for performance and cultural fit.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use a hypothesis-driven approach and data analytics to identify market opportunities and optimize territory management.
Qualifications Experience:
8+ years of quota-carrying technology/solution sales experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in sales leadership roles (managing managers or large multi-disciplinary teams).
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Payroll, HR Technology, or HCM solutions; experience with mid-market clients (10-200+ employees) is highly preferred.
Strategic Acumen:
Proven track record of developing GTM initiatives tied to marketing and partner lead generation.
Scale Mindset:
Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, specifically scaling teams that handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Communication:
Exceptional executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
