HR Director

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our team on a contract basis in Augusta, Maine.

MUST BE A MAINE RESIDNENT

In this role, you will oversee key aspects of human resource management, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR leadership and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee benefits programs, ensuring they meet employee needs and comply with regulations.
• Manage compensation structures and ensure equitable pay practices.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to management on personnel issues and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
