Medical, dental, vision, PTO We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources operations for a growing energy/manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, performance management, training initiatives, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting fast-paced operational or manufacturing environments and be comfortable acting as both a strategic HR leader and hands-on day-to-day HR partner for employees and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations including OSHA, FMLA, and workers' compensation Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems Support performance reviews, employee development, and succession planning Drive HR process improvements and organizational initiatives Partner closely with leadership to support company growth and culture
Preferred Experience:
5+ years of HR leadership or HR management experience Experience within manufacturing, industrial, production, logistics, construction, or operational environments preferred Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Experience with
HRIS/ATS
