Human Resources Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in human capital management, employment law, and organizational development. As a key member of our leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Indeed to attract top candidates across various departments. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture. Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to promote continuous development. Ensure compliance with employment laws including

FMLA, OSHA

regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict management and fostering a positive work environment. Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills across the organization while supporting change management initiatives. Lead HR sourcing efforts through social media management and other channels to attract diverse talent pools. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance requirements. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners. Experience in benefits administration, payroll processing and HR data analysis is preferred. Ability to develop strategic plans for workforce management and organization design that support long-term business objectives. Administrative experience with data collection, data entry accuracy, and contract management is essential.
